Holidays free of charge for children via the Fondation Action Enfance which houses, protects and accompanies brothers and sisters in danger from early childhood to adulthood.

Protecting women victims of violence
Provision of free accommodation for women victims of domestic violence and their children in coordination with the Fédération Nationale Solidarité Femmes on a national level.

Contributing to solidary consumption
Participating in collection of goods throughout the year (food, toys…) for redistribution to charities, associations, etc.

Encouraging responsible employment and governance

Supporting equal opportunities
Measuring performance concerning gender equality in the workplace.
Supporting associations working towards professional integration and study aid carried out by students in our residences in partnership with the AFEV.

Committing to disability
Implementation of a plan of action favouring employment of people with disabilities based on 4 main orientations :

Application of a teleworking charter up to 3 days per week.
Reorganisation of the Aix en Provence and Lyon offices into flex office set-up.

As a leading player in managed real estate and aware of its environmental impact, MAGORA has sought to provide a solid framework for its eco-responsible approach by launching the Charte Verte.
Comprising 30 demanding CSR criteria, the Charte Verte has been implemented within our establishments and is structured around three priority areas:
1️ Governance, training, and awareness : Training and raising awareness among staff and clients about CSR issues, including environmental ones; promoting sustainable mobility; appointing a CSR representative within each establishment…
2️ Energy, water, and waste management : Regular monitoring of energy, water, and linen consumption; sorting, recycling, and waste reduction measures…
3️ Responsible purchasing and food : Acquisition of energy-efficient electrical appliances; use of eco-certified cleaning products; purchasing of local food products from French production or organic farming; raising awareness about waste…
Since the 1st of January, 2025, 27 Odalys Vacances residences and 9 Odalys City apart’hotels have been officially labelled with the Charte Verte.
